The strike in Canada has been resolved, but there is still a backlog.
Due to the strike over the last few weeks, there will be delays to all items shipped to Canada. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to expedite shipping to your country.
If you would prefer that your order be canceled and refunded, please contact us BEFORE your order has shipped. If you do not contact us until after your order has shipped, unfortunately, we must wait until it gets to you or for it to be returned to us before we can take action.
Again, we are very sorry about the inconvenience. There is very little that we are able to do and wish that we had more control over the situation.
