Why is my package being returned to Arizona?

If your tracking number suggests that the package is being returned to Arizona it's because it is heading back to our facility. We're very sorry about this, but in general, a package is only returned if the shipping address that was put in with the order is incorrect or could not be verified by the USPS.

We do process all of our returns within 48-hours of receiving them and we will contact you for more information if we receive a returned package. 

If you think that your package was returned to us and we haven't contacted you, please submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
