How can I update my shipping address?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to update your shipping address from your account. However, that doesn't mean that we can't do it! As long as your order is still marked as "Processing" we are able to make the change for you. To make a change, please submit a ticket.

Please note: Once an order has been shipped the address cannot be changed.
