We are aware of many issues surfacing from Brazil regarding their national postal system. Because of these issues, there is a chance that our packages can be severely delayed. In some instances, they are being lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund orders to Brazil and if the problem persists, we will have to stop offering shipments to Brazil until further notice.
Again, we are very sorry about the inconvenience. There is very little that we are able to do and wish that we had more control over the situation.
